Bio Obit*Mary Ann Runser attended Sacred Heart grade school, graduated from Academy High School and held various positions in medical and civil service offices, retiring from the Social Security Administration. Mary Ann was a woman of strong faith and a very active lifelong member of Sacred Heart Church. Throughout her life she was a generous volunteer to church and community. Her contributions at Sacred Heart parish included membership in altar society and apostolic committee, coordination of Eucharistic ministry and volunteering wherever she could serve. Along with her husband, Gene, she worked for many years at Sacred Heart’s Food Pantry, helping people in need. She was also an Associate of the Sisters of St. Joseph. Some of the many activities she enjoyed in her life were drum corps, archery, tennis and bowling.
Mary Ann McManus was predeceased by her husband, Eugene A. Runser, to whom she was married for over 60 years. Obituary, 22 Sep 20132

Bio Obit*Terence McManus died at his home in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania but was formally of Erie, Pennsylvania. He was the father of Dr. McManus, one of the best known physicians in Pittsburg. The deceased was a prominent member of the C.M.B.A. [Catholic Mutual Benevolent Association] and was universally esteemed and respected. When he left this city he moved with his family to Titusville, later to Bradford and finally to Pittsburg, where he has since made his home.
